Sliding screen door lock
1 of 1 found this helpful You need to read the instructions carefully when installing this lock (as a replacement for an existing lock). Make sure latch is in open position to insert into cut out (if it isn't in open position it wont fit into cavity). Firstly you will need to insert key and unlock the locking mechanism in the old lock and remove it (after extracting retaining screw from front edge) so that you can unscrew and extract the old lock. Next install new lock and re-insert locking mechanism.
