Recipes did not turn out well for me.
Many of the recipes are not foods I would fix (scones, tarts, etc), and she uses a lot of ingredients that require a special trip to the store. I have had more luck with gluten-free recipes that I have found online.

Relief from immobilizing backache!
This provided relief when my backache was more than I could bear. Placement of the pads is critical to success though. Do not place either pad directly on spine: that is not comfortable. But look carefully at the example photos in the booklet.

Ridiculously short cable!
