The best eyeliner I have ever used
So many eyeliners say they are long lasting, but so few of them really are. "Long lasting" and "waterproof" seem to be just catch-phrases to get you to buy their product. Most of those waterproof ones I have tried have ended up as little crumbles on my eyelids toward the end of the day. The only eyeliner I have ever used that is really and truly long lasting and totally waterproof is Blinc. I can wear it throughout the day and late into the evening during our extremely hot and humid summers, and it stays put no matter what. I don't know how they did it, but they also made it easy to remove with no makeup remover necessary. I highly recommend Blinc eyeliner.
