fine, the case was a bit aged , but that was to be expected, I pushed the ribbon cable back on and it burst into life, have changed the battery fine.

3 of 3 found this helpful ....what a brill phone... change the media card to a 4GB and you have all the space you need.... the blue thooth had a very good range, the audio speaker is very handy. the sound from the mp3 player is as good as anything else u can buy... its all in your phone.... and.... you can call and text people to!!! the W810i does just what you want it to do.... and is so robust as well, its a sound phone... and a super mp3. no fuss, just all round good quality.
