Flimsy but does the job
Useful for washing someone's hair, suggest that you get a pipe insulation foam pipe/cover to line the hard plastic edge that the neck press against if you'll be using it longterm (cheaper than the accessory gel pad) and may prefer a more sturdy model if you were to use it professionally.
