    The Shipping package, was Very difficult for ME to open. I am Disabled in my hands & had to use: a letter opener, scissors and a knife, just to open the Shipping package. The item, was as described and I am very pleased and the value to me is correct The Packaging, could have been better, I had a very difficult time just to open the package

    Hi. International packaging has to be very protective and well packaged to avoid damage to it and the item in transit. I'm sorry to hear you had difficulty opening it. If you'd have actually told me in advance of your disability then we could have discussed options. I packaged your item no differently than the 100s of others I've sent over the years. Thanks.
