Works well
I've been using the medium size for years and they definitely help me breathe better at night. Since I'm still having trouble breathing freely at night though, I thought I'd try the large to see if it opened my airways more. Doesn't seem to make much difference, and obviously it's a bit more uncomfortable in my perfectly average-sized nose.

Does the job
It's not the brightest, but it's lightweight and convenient to use and by using it close up I reckon I get a good dose of lumens.

Good value for money
The earphones work well. The microphone stopped working after a week or so. This could be to do with my phone, I don't know.
