Overall a very positive experience with seller. The item came quickly, was packaged well, and looked just like the pictures. The only negative is the item had a strong smell of cigarette/cigar smoke that was significant enough I could smell it as I unpacked the item from the box. I've treated the item so the smell has reduced quite a bit, but that is the only complaint. The Steiff Petsy bear was in excellent condition otherwise and a fair price in my opinion.

BUYER BEWARE Seriously this seller is a shyster fraud scammer and yes a liar. I purchased a lot of four items. The seller said they were new, even opened a new one to show me what was in the package yet he sent me an empty bag. I emailed him/her to try to work it out. He said sure and he never sent what he said he would. I did a return then he wants to tell eBay the box was empty. The box was not empty.
