Torch Great but Regulator is Dangerous
0 of 1 found this helpful In short, the Acetylene regulator is Dangerous, (I didn't try Oxygen regulator), goggles, worthless and Hose is OK, wrench doesn't hardly fit any of the fittings
However, I'm upping my rating because the torch itself is really good. You have to tighten the fittings or things will leak, but once set, this torch cuts as well as my Smith SC209 on 3/4" mild steel. The welding tip were decent as well as I was able to braze and weld. Torch maintained it's settings while cutting/welding.
So, I think the Torch, nozzles/tips, hoses, case, Tip cleaner is worth the price, even if you throw away everything else. Kit doesn't come with Flashback Arrestors so you will need to buy those along with the regulators (get a name brand), and some decent welding clothing, glasses (or / goggles/helmet).
I included a picture of a 3/4 in cut in scrap, which was pretty clean with minimal slag (a more skilled cutter could improve on that).

Good Quality, and a Blast to use.
Since I have already vested in the DeWalt ecosystem, I was able to buy the bare tool for much less that the counterpart. The tool is very solid, and easy to use. I'm currently using this tool to re-run all the water in my newly purchased house, and look forward to the "expanding part" of the process.

Very Impressive
The keyword is very good, the feel is good, and it performs like you would expect. I also have a YCL-650, which is also good, but I would say they are pretty comparable in quality. That said the Jupiter has some innovations that I think really do add the the playability of the instrument.
I do have one thing that I would change for personal preference: I would rather deal with nickel that sweat the easy tarnishing of Silver. But that is just preference, and the Silver is beautiful, at least so far, so definitely 5 stars.
