Show chrome Armrest Kit
1 of 1 found this helpful So, I was looking for the quality arm rests to make wife's riding more comfortable on my 2017 Road Glide Ultra. I came across this product and decided to purchase it. Shipping speed was descent, when I received the package, it was ripped on the corner and hardware falling out of it (not sure if customs decided to check the item that way)...Luckily, all the hardware was scattered all over the box but all was in there, including friction washer, which fell of when I picked up the box from the mail room. So long story short, right handle simply would not fit into the plate socket on the right side, had to use sand paper to grind down 0.15mm to be able to fit it into socket. Installation took about 45 minutes, pretty simple. The only thing that after swinging handles in and out about 3-4 times, it needs to be re-tightened again. My only recommendation to manufacturer is to do better QA on the product and make sure everything fits (sanding it down to be able to fit took about 30 minutes).
