Seller claimed TiVo had lifetime service but when asked to transfer service over after delivery, seller claimed I somehow broke the device and that’s why there’s no service included. The device came in original box but with Goodwill price tag listed for $25. I paid $195 here because it was listed as including the lifetime service. Seems like the seller purchased from Goodwill to resell and never owned the item personally. That would explain why seller doesn’t understand how service works. Rude.

I paid for my item immediately after notification that I won the bid. The seller messaged me immediately asking for payment. When I replied I had just paid I was assured it would go out in mail the next day. FIVE days later I had to message again asking about shipment and a tracking number. I was then informed ot the item would go out the following day. I will not buy from this seller again. Lack of communication. Drlay in shipping.
