2 Reason. Bought 2 "new" bands and paid 2* shipping cost. Got one Package. Package was used and resealed. NOT NEW Bought July 1st, but Seller used these in the park and tried to trick me. Items were used in PARK! I am glad we got the bands, but honesty is the best policy. NEW is NEW and NOT USED!!!!!!

This is not true. The bands come right from the park kiosk. unless USH resold me one. I've sold a bunch, something weird is bound to happen. Would have preferred customer contacted me but, what can ya do.
