The bag has wear and scratches that weren't pictured and I'll now be spending another $350 to get it to the quality that I was anticipating. Additionally, the item was shipped on Nov 27 and wasn't received until Dec 21st, rendering it too late to get anything fixed before Christmas. I'm extremely disappointed in the quality and the experience.
