Watch it to the end
I love horror movies and nuclear war movies especially. I heard that The Divide was very disturbing but thought it was just hype. What could be worse than Threads or The Day After. Well The Divide definitely lived up to it's billing. I was disappointed with the nuclear attack scene, it was short and unrealistic. The movie starts off slow, but around halfway through, it starts to get crazy. It's not really fair to compare it with any other nuclear war movie I've seen, The Divide is more of a movie about human behavior.
It is very graphic, there are a couple scenes in it that took me a couple days to get out of my head. It didn't get very good reviews, but I would give it 4 out of 5 stars. The unrealistic attack scene and slow beginning costs it a star in my opinion
