Replace it every 5 years
Dont wait for a leak .This fits and works .It takes a screwdriver and a damp cloth.10 minutes and your done.

Hey it works !!
I have had it on for two weeks. It was a perfect fit and it solved the problem .I like that it was new and cheaper than many rebuilds .It didn't require a core return .Time will tell but judging from build quality and my past TYC purchases It should be OK
