No ink

I didn't look close to the ad, thinking that all printers came with ink. I was wrong. I then ordered ink cartridges from Walmart rather than pay the exorbitant Canon price. The black cartridge failed to work. I called Canon support and they were kind enough to send me a new black cartridge which works fine, as does the printer.
