Van Hagar era tones when coupled with an EVH overdrive pedal.
Flanger, chorus,pitch box all very similar. Pitch box I use for the doubling effect, which would be set on detune at 1, -1, -2 . Flanger in my opinion is a one trick pony. The pitch box adds a more subtle effect in front of an overdrive pedal. That said, the pitch box has a ton of useless noises, unless you’re scoring a sound track or something. Sold my flanger and chorus pedal because those three settings were just what I was looking for. Sometimes one button is all you need. The switch knob is a little delicate but probably because there are like 20 settings around the dial.
