Australian Bush Poetry at its Very Best.
A. B. (Banjo) Paterson's poems are sometimes humorous, sometimes sad, sometimes soul stirring. They capture Australia at a time when it was forging its character. This is a highly entertaining book for anyone who loves Australia and would like to relive an era when this country was becoming a nation to be proud of.

The Vietnam Conflict from an Australian's experience, without the "hype ".
This book was written about part of Australia's history, albeit an involvement in a war in a foreign country. Buick relates his experience with the Australian Army, its training methods in preparation for service in the Vietnam war. He tells of his first hand experience of the battle of Long Tan to give the reader an accurate account. He tells about the effects that his time in the army, during 1960's had on his life. Every Vietnam Veteran will be able to relate to this book. Every Australian, who knows something of Vietnam, will better understand how tragic this time was for our country. Buick tells it like it was.
