Manual Coffee Grinder Adjustable Ceramic Burr Mill Hand Crank Portable

Quick and effective

Like all hand-operated coffee bean grinders this takes some use of muscles, and it does not have a scale to indicate grind size. But, it does the job well (only one bean jumped out to escape) and it's quicker to use than my small, tubular grinder. It's a good addition to any kitchen for use when the electricity goes out, and is handy when away from home.

Outstanding product and competitive price.

I've used shaving soaps since the early 1960s. This cream works up a good lather with only a small amount and feels like it has a lot of clay in the formula because it provides a very comfortable, smooth shave with my double-edge blade razor (also by Edwin Jagger). Very highly recommended.

Another great Grace Young book

Another great book by Grace Young. It is her tour of Chinese cooks in the US, Hong Kong, and mainland China and filled with interesting details as well as recipes. With few exceptions the focus is on Cantonese stir frying, where that form of cooking developed to the highest extent. Worth adding to your cooking library.
