I bought a set of these, and am a high volume user, printing 8-10,000 images at a time. Toward the end of a cartridge, the print faded to nothing, and Dell had to come out to replace internal parts (fuser assemblies). Happened twice, with all other variables accounted for. Fortunately, the machine was under warranty. I have gone back to nothing but Dell OEM toner cartridges (purchased on eBay) and have never had the problem again. I do not recommend these cartridges.

High Speed, High Volume, High Quality Workhorse
I upgraded from a Dell 3100cn to the 5110cn, and could not be more pleased. I have had a couple of minor issues, which Dell's next day warantee took care of. I use two of these for printing thousands of pages in a run, and they just perform. Feeding envelopes is tricky and not user-friendly, but I don't do much of that. I do a lot of duplex (2-sided page) printing, and paper jams with 20 pound through 80 pound paper (that is the range of what I have used) are exceedingly rare.
One caution--don't try using non-Dell toner. The generic toner types were the cause of two calls to Dell tech support. I learned my lesson, and they stood behind their machines. I will only use the genuine Dell cartridges in the future.
