Not in working order, yet.
0 of 1 found this helpful Neither I nor Apple have been able to download my iTunes library into this "new" 4th gen iPod. Service person actually suggested I take it to Best Buy to work on since device off product line. Hoping my local IT consultant can get device to synchronize, otherwise looking for refund.
