Legal/Equitable Remedies
I bought this book for my Remedies and Restitution class. It is well written and has a great deal of commentary designed to make student's think beyond the simple box of example cases. Sometimes those notes can be a bit overwhelming if you do not have adequate time to commit to working through those problems. Overall, I am enjoy the class and the textbook.

Make Sure You Purchase a Dictionary Too
I bought this for my Property class. I love the class, but it is quite challenging. This text seems to throw in a lot of details in the introduction to the sections of what you are about to learn... then the section explaining the concepts are very short, like you should have already understood it from the introduction. I find that the greatest resource I have is my Blacks Law Dictionary. I look up all of the terms and concepts before I read the chapter. Then if there are any other terms thrown in there that are not fully explained, I look those up too.
Textbooks written by people who know the subject too well (specifically one that has so many unique terms of art) are usually edited by persons without any knowledge of the subject. Unfortunately, this book isn't one of those. Make sure you purchase some form of dictionary and dedicate twice as much time to studying this topic in the beginning.
