This was a good Bluetooth system, but have some inherent weaknesses. Unfortunately the one I got was defective

The charger worked great, but thr ear piece noise cancelation feature also canceled your outgoing voice. I placed a piece of tape over the back which made it temporarily usable, and simple requested that they send me another ear-piece for which I was willing to pay. They sent a return label to send it back but I needed a hands-free to use while working. That was my reason for offering to pay, making fir a good resolution for both of us. But I didn’t heard from them again. Wish the outcome could have been different.

It was a reasonable value but I can’t get it to connect to the devices which need it

I purchased the sound bar to connect to my Television but I can’t get it to connect in any way I tried. Cannot get it to connect to android phone which I wanted to use it on. It will only connect to my iPad. I initially thought it was an ok value but I can’t use it where it’s needed. I’m very disappointed and would not purchase that item again. -Robert
