Helps clean up my sound
As a bass player, I’ve finally gotten around to working on the small, but important, parts of my bass playing: cleaning up my sound. Especially while playing fast notes, high up on my bass and without a “floating thumb”, I’ve had too much clutter coming from strings which were ringing sympathetically. Gruv Fretwraps has been a godsend to alleviate that. Is it a crutch? I dunno. I’m not paid to be a Purist

Just one flaw
This was purchased to take the place of a similar, older unit, but there’s just one flaw in this new(er) model: when you unlatch the front (to access the files inside), the front latch hits - and unlatches - the top cover, allowing all of the stored items which are inside the topside storage to spill out. Not good. Not good at all. Other than that, I like it.

Very accurate and easy to read
My old scale varied by as much as 15 pounds - depending on which part of the surface I chose to stand on. This one is not only visually stylish, but it is accurate to within 1/10 lb, no matter how many times I weigh myself. I couldn’t have hoped for better.
