Defect
On these watches you set the digital time and the analog sets itself but this watch the hands were out of sync with digital time. I have one already that that is what's wrong with it. It is a mildly difficult fix for a guy without good vision. I was able to resync it but had I known it was out of sync wouldn't have wanted to give as much for it. It is however in great shape other than that.
