The item is not sturdy enouh for use on a working layout.
The product is too flimsy. Plastic parts work well in many model applications, but not in this one where the item will be routinely struck by a locomotive or car. The front brace on three of the items broke before I could even install them. If installed on a working layout, these track bumpers would not last very long because they would be easily broken every time a locomotive or car struck them.
