    Purchased and paid for an item on December 7, 2024. The status of my order is that it is awaiting shipment. Sent a message to the seller on December 14 to ask about my order. No response. Sent another message on December 21, again with no response. I am still waiting for my item to ship, or at least some response from the seller, going into the third week since I paid for it. So disappointed that a seller with such a high rating would completely ignore a customer that they owe an item to.
