Well this is just the initial performanc...
Well this is just the initial performance: once I used TireRack to properly mount and balance them, these run just fine. A little quieter than my last performance tires. The CarAdvise shop (Firestone) I used totally screwed up both my front and back tires, when only changing the back!

My 20 year old heads shave better than these
You get what you pay for. My old (old) heads work better than these. I can't see anything "wrong" with the packaging or branding, but given how they work, the price, and that they came from China, I have to wonder if they are counterfeit.
Give these a pass.

Effective, comfortable, stable, but slide up when kneeling on sloped roof.
These are fine pads and the price is good. they stay put. They don't solve my problem, which is working on new cedar shingle roof. The pads stick but my knees slip downhill out of the pads. I hoped the thigh strap would help but the connection is elastic and just stretches. Aside from that, they're comfortable and stay put in all manner of moving around.
