Blurb writing for those who require the technique
If you've never written a blurb to go on the inside or back, of the dust jacket of a book, then this is for you. Writen by someone who has been in the business for a long time and who has written thousands of blurbs. And it is written with humour and style, making it a joy to read.

Woefully short of 'Reasons to betray'..
Not much to shout about in this book. Interesting subject as part of the Cambridge four but woefully short of Philby material and why this man betrayed his country. Perhaps not the book for asking such questions.. This is about Tim Milne and not much else. Ok, I gave up around page 90 but I gave it a fair shot.However, we do learn about their friendship and their holidays together but that's all I could glean. Ben Macintyre does a much better job. Plenty of acronyms to drive you to distraction, if you can keep up with it.
