Fixed issue with DC25 brush bar constantly tripping

Fixed problem I had with the original reset switch on our DC25 always tripping after a fraction of a second. There's a strong chance it will end up being an underlying fault with the brush motor in the long run and the replacement will also start constantly tripping, but it's working again for now and it was a cheap fix so I'm happy.
