Good quality and OK but not what I was hoping for
They are good quality but smaller than I expected (which is my fault as a measurement is provided in the item description). Does the job intended but not as well as the old spreading knife I was hoping this item would replace, both on a size and blade flexibility basis.

Works as advertised and easy to setup albeit with a design flaw
Delivers as described. Easy to set up. Only flaw in design is with some TV’s (e.g. 2018 LG models), if they have not been used for a while the 20 seconds the unit powers on before powering off again is not enough for the TV to sufficiently top up its power to switch on. Therefore it is necessary to unplug the TV from the device and into a normal socket to allow normal off power levels in the TV to restore before it will switch on.

Cringeworthy Chimes
Whilst aesthetically looks OK this was such a bad purchase with hindsight given what it is ultimately about; the chimes! There are less than 20 to choose from and they are all embarrassing! Furthermore, it was not an easy installation as a replacement for an older Grothe model. Move on and find something better; it'll be hard to find something worse!
