The picture says it all.
The book gave me a great deal of information on how to eat. So far, my weight loss has been consistent which is quite amazing. I've tried every diet known to man and this is the only one I've seen such consistent weight loss. Also, this diet has eliminated my sugar cravings. Great!

Another great saga of the Southwest
I loved Tony Hillerman and with his death, I thought it would be the end of Joe Leaphorn, Jim Chee, and Bernie. Now they are alive again! Anne Hillerman is a great author just like her Dad. I hope she continues the series and I will be buying everyone of them.
