The day the buyer received my new diesel watch (with tags, plastic screen covering and boxed) he stated that there were 2 missing links to the watch. There are not 2 missing links to the watch. I immediately offered him a full refund but he declined my offer. However, he did ask me to give him £20 so that he could buy another watch strap that he liked. I did not give him the £20 as I had offered a full refund. However, he left negative feedback. NOT RECOMMENDED
