Glimmer Man - Steven Seagal Region 1 Double Sided DVD - Snapcase Free Aus Post!
15 August 2024
NOT WORTH PAYING OVER $10 FOR IT, BIG RIPOFF
THE GLIMMER MAN one of Steven Seagal best action films from the 90's
excellent directed by John Gray and well written script
so the movie is excellent in top 10 of Seagals best films
but this dvd reissue by warner bros is worth not much
its widescreen format and DR quality is average at best 5-6/10 for Picture quality so this film is overdue
for new blu-ray reissue for sure, if it ever gets new HD transfer, its warner bros so don't hold your breath wait'
and has few extras only Theatrical trailer, production notes, oh the R1 Disc is the only disc that has trailer, production notes, the AUS, UK DiSCS HAVE ZERO EXTRAS
the PN worth reading about the behind the scenes of the film
so not worth paying over $10 for it, some sellers have
2nd hand copies listed from $40 and up cause new copy is deleted now out of print
so 5 stars for the film, 2.5 stars for Picture Quality and not much extras
Flesh for Frankenstein (1973) Andy Warhol Version DVD NEW
08 June 2017
CINEMA CULT DVD HAS SAME CONTENT AS THE U.S. DVD
this CINEMA CULT DVD of Flesh for frankenstein is 0 region PAL
so has the exact same content as the 2005 Image ent' dvd or the old Criterion collection dvd
which is 2:35:1 ratio with only English Dolby stereo mix
and has the audio commentary by Director Paul morrisey & Actor Udo Kier
plus has Paul morrisey commentary on the Screen tests & production stills
there's no interviews with either of them just commentaries
there's no subtitles either just the Dolby stereo English soundtrack.
the U.S. Image entertainment dvd has been out of print for years now
so you will be paying way over $50 just to buy a copy
so cause there's only 3 audio commentary tracks as extras
your better off just buying the Cinema cult dvd, has different artwork
but has all the extras from the Image entertainment dvd
instead of paying over $60 for the U.S. DVD
