Multi Stage High Pressure Auto Water Pump Garden Household Rain Tank Irrigation

Looked promising

Installed pump in December. Ran for 3 weeks the the mechanical seal between pump and motor failed and the pressure gauge jumped to 7 bar. Pump emptied whole tank of water. When I contacted ozliving the reply I received asked if cooling fan was stuck. Plus was was sent a link to a website written in all Chinese. Thought I bought from a Australia located supplier, but I'm not so sure. Just want to take it to their Perth based repairer but not being told who that is yet.
