Book: The Eye of the I, by David R Hawkins, MD, PhD

Just listened to this entire book being read to me, in a classroom (discussion) setting. This is such a comprehensive, Western speaking for the Eastern philosophy, body of information. I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in NOT living FROM the Egotistical-Character, but rather FROM the Being of Consciousness, within each of us. I've also listened to books written IN the East FOR the East... and this is very, very comprehensive for the Western mind, whose interest is to UNDERSTAND, more, the methods to employ within the realm of within the mind! GETTING IT is an approachable task from within the pages of this book, by David R Hawkins, MD, PhD. Highly recommend!

Superior product

A serving. 3 drops provides 2250 mcg or over 2 mg iodine.. This is a good thing. I'll leave the research to you on that. The formulation has changed recently, between my previous order and this one.. I'm rather mega-dosing w a dropper full, providing around 10 mgs, for internal healing. Later I'll lower the dose. I like that this product is absent the potassium iodide. For topical or purification, I will purchase an iodine that includes potassium, w strong iodine. Another product.

Nutru Omega Zen 3.. Vegan DHA - Fiinallly, a basic Brain Food that WAKES UP THE BRAIN!

an alternative to Cod Liver and having to choose between the different types! - Now that I have found this product, Nutru Omega Zen 3, from the sea {or should I state differently.. IT HAS FOUND ME}, I no longer have to choke down a tablespoon of fish oil to receive the benefits of DHA! Studies have proven that 1000 mg of DHA, daily, has brought folks w Alzheimer's and dementia out of those states, and back into normal cognizance. However, when these levels of DHA are discontinued, these conditions do return. I've been taking 2 caps daily, since I found this product.. and soon I'll increase to 3 for 900 mg daily. This level calls for 90 caps per month.. 2 bottles provide only 80 caps.. Naturally, I'm looking at the total cost for the purchase of 3 bottles. 3 bottles provide 40 days of 900 mg (3 caps daily) 3 bottles provide 30 days of 1200 mg (4 caps daily)
