Must buy overpriced chipped cartridges from mfg.
3 of 5 found this helpful Nowhere in the description does it tell you that you must buy overpriced cartridges from hewlett-packard. We have tried everything we can to bypass the need for the chips. Nothing works. You have to use the cartridge from Hewlett-Packard with the microchips in them with your extravagantly priced. None of the aftermarket cartridges work in this unit.
