Excellent Psychotherapy Text
"A firmly established Classic textbook" that teaches what to look for when conducting therapy. Two key concepts described within are the triangle of conflict and the triangle of person. It is clearly written and accessible. There are plenty of clinical examples to illustrate how the author approaches therapy. You can dip into this book and still get value from it, without needing to read it from cover to cover. It presents like a cookbook, offering insight on difficulties that might crop up in specific circumstances.
