Broken upon arrival

Would be great if water didn’t collect in base
2 of 2 found this helpful It’s great that it has such a big capacity but you have to dump the water that collects in the base, which is annoying. I don’t know if this is a defect because it does that in both of the vaporisers I bought. So you have to unplug it, dump out the bit of water that collects in the base and then you can fill up the main compartment. If the water didn’t collect in the base then I’d have given this 5 stars. Disappointing.
