Great CPU to breathe new life into an aging system.
Even though it's an older CPU, there is a noticeable improvement in the computers performance owing to the quad core's speed @ 3Ghz. It is great at general computer usage like web browsing and document editing. Even handles most games. Don't expect it to deal too well with the latest high end games, as it is an older CPU.
But if you're looking to breathe some life into your older Core 2 Duo computer, this CPU will definitely do that. Just check with the manufacturer first to make sure your computer supports Core 2 Quads first.
