Frustrated

Once again I have received a battery that does not work; it is dead! I purchased two batteries originally and one worked. The other was dead. after going through the cleaning procedure and and charging overnight, the battery was still DEAD. Yesterday I received a replacement and it was cleaned with a Q-tip and alcohol as requested and charged overnight as requested; the battery is still DEAD. Where are you getting these batteries from??? refref4
