  Seller did not disclose (and photos did not show) that there were multiple deep cuts all the way through the leather of one of the poleys. Seller also shipped saddle in a too-small box, resulting in curled flaps on arrival. My advice if you are contemplating purchasing an item from this seller is to ask very detailed questions re condition, and also to specify adequate shipping materials.

  It is not fair to hide a warning to all buyers in a positive feedback. Please be so kind to remove this miserable feedback now! You have never contacted me directly with any issues, I had no idea! - I would've rather liked to take the saddle back. I disclosed everything I knew and tried my best to be helpful - I even gave you my hand mended saddle cover for free - I was expecting a little happiness - How would you feel if I did the same with you? Pls take it off now.
