Great book at an even better price
This book is a great overview of the "don't miss" sites of Europe. I first heard on Facebook that Rick Steves was offering this for $5---the list price is $24.95--but I was looking for free shipping so when I found it on eBay for $3.95 in "used but very good condition," and saw the seller was just a stone's throw away from me in Indiana," plus he offered free shipping, I grabbed it. It may not be a great resource for academics but for the average person going to Europe, it's just right. And an entertaining read, too. I plan to take it along in a couple weeks on a trip to Italy and France and expect it to be a great help.
