Vacuum Tube Boxes Medium Size
These boxes are sturdy and well designed. They are precisely stamped and creased so the fold nicely and lock in place. The material is of a good thickness to form sturdy boxes. I recommend these vacuum tube boxes.

Blue Erector Set String
This string is well designed and fabricated. It is braided rather than just twisted so it doesn't "unwind". It appears to made of cotton so I can tie a tight square knot, saturate the knot with CA cement and closely trim the ends. I use that procedure to make the knots in the "belts" that successfully run over the Erector Set pulleys. I design and build complex "machines" with my Erector Sets and the strong string works very well for belts or hoists.
The Erector Set label is a nice extra that was included in the package of string hanks. I recommend this string to any Erector Set builder.

Erector Set Blue String 10 Hanks
This Erector Set Blue String is strong, durable and flexible. I believe that this 10 hank lot of the string is equal to, or better than the "original" string supplied in the Erector Sets of the 1930's and 1940's. The string is serving me well to create "belts" for the complex machines I design and build with my vintage Erector sets. I recommend this string.
