When packing the crank was removed and secured next to the magneto to prevent damage during shipping. I sent numerous messages but have not received responses. I called the buyer directly using the number on the invoice. He apologized for not checking. I sent a request to modify feedback but got no response. He has not responded to any messages. I would still like to resolve this matter and get the feedback to verify that the crank was with the item

Gophinator traps are effective and worth the investment no
This is the first gopher trap I've tried that actually works. For years I tried Macabee traps and was wasting my time. Gophinator traps require some practice to set but worth the effort. In two days I trapped 5 gophers, the most I've ever caught such a short time. These traps will save my vineyard from these destructive pests.

Installs in minutes and easy to operate!
Easy to install. The previous one I bought had a connection hose that was barely long enough but they have corrected that problem by making the hose longer. It operated without a hitch and does a much better job than any toilet paper we have used.
