Essential for Elimination Diet
1 of 1 found this helpful This book is the cook book that you need for the RPAH Elimination Diet (for food allergies and intolerances). It has helped me greatly as although going through a dietician for advice recipes are all from this book.
Easy to read and understand and great value for money.

Finally a guide miss 4yr understands
1 of 1 found this helpful Finally miss 4yrs has something straight forward for getting out of bed. She's an early riser and it's hard when trying to keep a. Any asleep when the moment bubs hears her voice he will spring awake.
It's simple yet effective and my daughter finds it exciting to watch it change colour.
Let's face it a product that helps kids understand sleep is worth it's weight in gold!
