  Seemed like everything that could go wrong with the order did go wrong. Seller took 19 days to ship the item out after numerous requests to ship it, then when I got the video card, it had new damages, missing screws, fake tamper sticker, heatgun damage, none of it matched the picture except for the serial number. Seller also ignored the return until last possible day and offered small partial refund. Had to get ebay support involved to force a return and a full refund.

  I’m leaving a neutral cause seller did offer a refund. Bought a graphics card that did not work. After messaging it seems as they may have already knew it may have had problems. Don’t believe it was advertised properly. This may have been a mistake when posting ad and I have bought off this seller before with no issue.

  I ordered a used PNY rtx 3060 ti xlr8 and got exactly what I wanted. The packaging protection seemed sufficient in a pink anti static bag and a few rolls of bubble wrap. Could have used a pcie connection protector, but it doesn't seem damaged, so that's good.
