Sadly there was an issue with the product itself, something stemming from the manufacturer that you couldn’t see from the outside as the package containing the hair mask as it was sealed. This seller promptly responded to my messages and immediately addressed the situation. I would absolutely recommend this seller and purchase from them again.

    The auction wrote “used and excellent” condition. This item is not excellent condition. I cannot use the inner pot as the material is chipped in several places and I don’t want that in my food. See the photo below. I contacted the seller 24 hours ago and they have not responded. Also, product was shipped in its original light weight box. I wish eBay had a -0 feedback. as a seasoned eBay for many many years, I definitely would not recommend seller. Beware of sellers that don’t have a return
