The husk has some amazing patterns and tiny windows leading to even more banding. The self-healed fracture is completely smooth, solid and has been replaced with lovely contrast colors. Great fun, get one if you can! Lots of power in a small box.
Great fun to play with, but get a Korg type midi cable adapter (type A only) & play it with a controller keyboard such as a Keystep, unless you just want to use the arpeggiator. The ribbon keyboard is a joke.
Amazingly powerful for such a small device, & it's expandable with 3rd party oscillators & effects. The built-in effects are pretty amazing as well, especially the reverbs. Cool filters as well. You can also use the effects section as a stand alone module with other devices, like Korg Volcas or most other synths.

Great!
Does what I bought it for, grinding, sanding, & polishing gemstone slabs with water without risk of shock. Has very rare variable speed for battery powered unit, you need slower speed for sanding & polishing. You need the diamond pad tools for doing this. Battery lasts well with a charge, & the unit doesn't bog down. Seems well-made and thinner, lighter weight than many I tested, keeps the arm from getting tired too fast. I haven't tried it for normal angle grinder activity yet, but expect it to do well.
