Almost all the retaining clips were broken in the case but that is not uncommon and could have occurred at any point in transit from initial manufacturing plant, no other damage in transit. Be careful, not serious seller!! Error in the vinyl description! Accepts returns but does not follow the Ebay process! It was up to him to do the return label, but he didn't do it! Don't do like me and insist on Ebay!! I requested reimbursement of the return costs of €20.60. After several requests, refusal from him! Preferred bad feedback! Here it is ..!

Sorry.. Refund given within 24 hours of item being returned not before as requested. We always follow EbaY policy as our business account requires that we do. Constant messaging and harassment via EbaY messenger I expected negative feedback from this buyer as nothing was ever going to make this buyer happy. We have hundreds of satisfied customers and repeat customers without issues. Then we get this one! I suppose all we were due one from time to time. Happy EbaYing!
